Aleh currently leads a team of 13 software engineers at Insight Terra. Prior to joining Insight Terra, Aleh led the design, development and project management of the integrated Smart Data Management Platform at CivicConnect, a provider of a cloud-based integrated platform with applications for smarter cities, districts and industrial facilities. Aleh previously enjoyed a wide-ranging software engineering role at EPAM Systems Inc. providing professional services for a number of blue-chip companies including Viacom Corp (MTV Networks Division), Edmunds and Fox Sports.
