Well and pipeline integrity decisions, built on data that can be traced and defended.

THE PROBLEM

An integrity engineer works from data spread across a historian, a wells database, inspection reports and spreadsheets. Annulus pressures, corrosion logs, leak test results and workover history each sit in a different system, so a risk assessment begins with days of manual consolidation and the answer depends on who did the consolidating. Field readings are still captured in notebooks. So a well gets shut in on a reading nobody can verify, or a workover is scheduled on a suspicion, and the cost lands on production.

WHAT WE DO

The Insight Platform is the data layer beneath well and pipeline integrity. It takes readings from any instrument, historian or enterprise system, including inspections captured on a handheld, checks each one against its history and its neighbours, tags it with source, timestamp and asset, and writes it to a permanent record. Rules attached to each metric turn a validated trend into a state change, an alert or a ticket for the responsible team, and separate a true anomaly from noise before either reaches a risk model. Whether the model is yours or a third party's, it gets inputs it can trust.

WHY IT WORKS

The platform is built on our own microservices architecture and connects to the systems you already run through REST or streaming interfaces, push or pull, on premises or in the cloud. It is hosted on a secure cloud or deployed in your own tenancy, encrypted in transit and at rest, and every change is written to an audit trail. Risk assessments aligned to API RP 90-2 and NORSOK D-10 depend on consistent, repeatable data. That is what the platform supplies, so the decision to intervene, defer or bring a well back on line rests on evidence rather than on the last spreadsheet.
