Gregory G. Curtin, PhD, JD, is co-founder and a Board Member of Insight Terra. He was the Founder and CEO of Civic Resource Group International helping to pioneer the use of emerging technologies including CRGI's CivicConnect IoT/data platform to help cities, governments and public sector industries transform themselves in the digital era.

Dr. Curtin served on the Advisory Board for the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) Future of Urban Development and Services Initiative, and was a Member of the WEF’s Global Council on the Future of Government. He also worked with the United Nations to launch the UN Global E-Governance Program, serving as the principal investigator and a lead contributor on the Global E-Governance Survey and Report during its formative years.
